We try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Usually, the shipment takes place within 24 hours after placing the order, but in some cases, the shipment may take up to 3 working days. If the product is on pre-order, the expected delivery time is 5-14 working days.
Delivery is made to a post office or post office. After sending the order, we send the declaration number, which indicates the time and date of delivery.
The order is paid without cash when placing an order on the website corresponding to the amount of the order, in hryvnias, with Visa and Mastercard payment cards.
The price of the products does not include the cost of delivery and packaging materials of postal services.
If the model or size did not suit you, you can return the product within 14 days from the day of receiving the package. To return, exchange, send the purchased product for warranty or non-warranty repair, write to us at i@trypilska.com or on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/trypilska). To return, you must provide the product in its original form: without damage and traces of use, with original labels and tags. Goods can only be returned in our branded packaging. The rules for returning goods purchased in the online store are regulated by the Law of Ukraine On the Protection of Consumer Rights. We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if the condition of the goods differs from the one in which you received them. To argue our position, we always send photos with discrepancies. When returning, the sender pays for the delivery.
Once we receive the return and confirm that the requirements for the returned item are met, we will issue a refund.
